EL FISIOTERAPEUTA EN LA ESCUELA: el porqué del trabajo basado en rutinas y centrado en el entorno

¿Qué es lo que hace mejorar niños y jóvenes con afectación motriz? ¿Cuáles son los elementos clave que les llevan a poner en juego todo su potencial para dar lo mejor de sí mismos y desarrollar estrategias que les permitan avanzar, participar y aprender junto con sus compañeros? ¿Cuáles son sus necesidades reales en la escuela? ¿Cómo les podemos ayudar? Estas son algunas de las preguntas que, fisioterapeutas que trabajamos en el entorno escolar, deberíamos hacernos para saber qué intervención es la más eficiente, adecuada, y responde mejor a las necesidades y expectativas de estos niños y jóvenes.
