Improvement Plans favor educational inclusion

Abstract

The article shows a research carried on during a scholar year in l'Hospitalet de Llobregat city. It analyses the relations and influence between the Plans de Millora of the secondary schools and the proposals of the educational inclusion of pupils. In it some questions are considered, like organizational issues, the resources needed to overcome learning difficulties, and to what extent teachers and pupils are aware that inclusive values play a central role in improving teaching and learning. The study displays the contributions of the schools and educational services and comes to the conclusion foreseen in the hypothesis about the significance of leadership, the educational practice, and the pupil’s participation.
