Towards also competent educational organizations
Abstract
In this article, the authors expose that a competence approachment is more than only what we use to work about basic competences with our pupils. It’s also necessary to talk about the professional competences of our teachers and about the transformation of the educational canter’s organization. They consider the teamwork, the methodological coordination and the formation for the professorship as a fundamental instruments for the improvement of the teaching competences. On the other hand, they give support to the organizational changes that makes easier to reach good educational results.
