Abstract

In the present document, we set out our educational model for the orientation and integration of the Institut Torre Roja (Viladecans). It’s a model which impregnates all our educational annual programme (PGA), our management project (PdD) and our educational project of centre (PEC). We are a centre that tries to meet the needs of our students by means of individualized attention. The role of the educational guidance counselor proposes the plan in order to meet students diversity at all levels and at the different educational stages. The specialists of the educational orientation department (DOE) cooperate with other professionals using a networking of professionals who work in the same environment. It’s a task based on acceptance, guidance and accompaniment in the service of our educational community.
