Teacher and Psychologist. He has worked in different primary and secondary public education centers pertaining to the Generalitat de Catalunya. He has also worked at the ICE of the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona at the secondary school teacher’s training section and also being part of reflection and training teams. With the Education Department of the Generalitat, as trainer in the permanent teacher’s training programs. With the UAB, as professor of the Masters in Secondary School Teacher’s Training. He is part of the editorial board of the journal “Convives”. He has authored several articles and publications related to the attention to diversity, mediation and teacher’s welfare.
