Abstract

The stress in the teaching profession is a risk which is common in all tasks performed by people. It involves contact with pain and suffering, so it creates discomfort in the routine of professional practice. Work pressure, the resistance of users and social misunderstanding cause a depletion that generates disease.

We must promote training initiatives to improve communication among teachers, students and their families, providing a culture of conflict mediation.

Resilience allows a healthy adjustment to reality, however hostile it may be. With all the resources that allow personal growth, resilience influences meaningful improvement to overcome the drawbacks of stress and be reborn into a trust and personal security that every teacher needs to perform their own professional activities freely.
