Abstract
Since the LOGSE came into force, the UEC is consolidated as an alternative socio-educational for students enrolled in institutions of secondary education. This students have serious difficulties enough to be enable to sustain the standard model. Teams of educators take over from some teachers who have tried everything, to give many more beyond academic subjects.
