Abstract

Educative Orientation Team (EOE) with secondary high school Orientation Department constitute the educative system of orientation services in Andalucia. Team, which often works in primary and infantile in public school, are made up of psychologist, pedagogies and "logopedas", teacher and doctor, and some times social workers. This EOE, after twenty years are checking it member's laboral status and determination it function and structure. This article checks the actual situation of EOE: laboral and technical dependence composition, laboral situation, general factions and about of differents person who from it, it work way, problems, satisfaction degree and future expectation.
