Abstract

In 2017, a new training program aimed at young people with mild cognitive disabilities (IFE, Specific Training Itinerary) was launched at the Les Salines Institute in Prat de Llobregat. What was then a pilot programme has now become a successful itinerary that is being extended throughout Catalonia. The professional team of the IFE explains its characteristics and how the experience of these six years has been from different areas: students, methodologies and work in the classroom or the integration in the labour market once the itinerary has finished.
