Resum

La gestió de les conductes disruptives és una de les grans preocupacions en l’àmbit escolar. Aquesta gestió sovint acaba sent reactiva, enlloc de proactiva, focalitzada en un alumne i delegada a determinats especialistes distant, així, d’esdevenir una atenció realment inclusiva. El propòsit d’aquest article és compartir experiències de gestió de conducta implementades en escoles amb un caràcter marcadament inclusiu. Mitjançant les experiències d’un grup de professionals d’escoles inclusives es presenta l’enfoc i algunes de les estratègies que destaquen com a clau per un abordatge més inclusiu de les situacions amb conductes disruptives. Expliciten la importància d’implementar metodologies actives, una organització eficient dels professionals, l’acord de normes coherents amb tota la comunitat educativa (incloent família i alumnat) i l’establiment d’un vincle afectiu amb l’alumnat.
