Abstract

The article shows the evolution of a group of professionals in education around the formation of the Roma Project: a methodology to learn and organize thinking, which promotes coexistence and learning. The history and goals of the group, and some educational experiences in both primary and secondary are described. And there is a more detailed development of two specific projects carried out in the CEIP Poeta Pla and Beltrán and the IES Fray Ignacio Barrachina Ibi. These experiences are discussed more specifically in each step of an action research project under the Project Roma: initial assembly, action planning (plan), action and final assembly. Other initiatives are shown to incorporate other perspectives over the project. The vision of a Teacher of Therapeutic Pedagogy, the role of mediator in the accompaniment to families, as well as an experience in the academic world.
