ESCOLTA'M PROJECT: accompany to train
Abstract
Educational experiences generate constant thinking about our performance, but students are the ones who, in one way or another, drive us to apply new strategies and consider old patterns. Understanding students desire to be accepted as they are and to feel that teachers trust in them to archieve learning goals motivated us to find new answers to shared concerns about a reality more and more complicated when it concerns to the educational work of class teachers. The goal of this article is to prresent what we understand as personalised tutorship and to comprehend the meaning of accompanying to prepare. It also presents the main traits of the Escolta'm (listen to me) project.
