Abstract

Educate in the diversity in an inclusive school does not generate unconditional followers without causing controversies. It is a controversial question because there is a certain social conscience that it generates supports, and on the other hand, induces some uncertainties and even rejection. It is necessary to find agreement points that allow us to continue working for an inclusive school and this forces to us to work to generate dynamics of changes that follows the right to the education of all the students in the school. Looking for this change, the school will have to continue adapting to a new reality. This new reality could be generated if we are able to propose a new quality training of teaching staff. We cannot perpetuate a formation model that does not connect with the necessities of a changing, dynamic and intercultural society.
