Tutoring aspects: between the limit and the face

Abstract

In the paper we speak on the work of tutors in the Compulsory Secondary Education and on the strategic paper that they have in the future in the socondary school. An alternative interpretation of the tutor's work is presented to be able to solve social problems through an indovidualized tutorial action ans with personal criterion of a real and effective tutor. The reflection on the position of a tutor necessary to confront the specific problems that at the moment have schools and to dignify the educational work. The proposals leave from the idea that the position of a tutor is the functional axis of the educative activity of the schools, not only thougth to avoid the conflict, nor to raise a world without tensions. The encounter of faces and the existence of limits incorporate such tensions. Of the conflicts, and its resolution emerges the true educative act. The others are training and routine.
