Youth with a future
Abstract
The Guidance Department of the IES of Sant Cugat del Vallès has prepared a plan directed to students who have serious difficulties in improving their education in an ordinary class, not as much for their attitude.
This resource is thought to chance their view, to give them the opportunity to meet an educational experience that will be very useful for them because it will allow them to make profitable their efforts in order to obtain a degree and, at the same time, improve their self-esteem.
In a formal level, these students continue enrolled in their IES that will provide a tutorial pursuit and a co-ordination with the person in charge of the project. It is basically based on a personal work. The city council, the IES and the organization of “Work and Development”, dedicated to the labour insertion of the group with difficulties, are also participating in this project. The calendar, the schedule and the curricular contents are also included.
