Ubuntu is the result of a research process conducted in our school. This article explains the importance of having a community of inquiry in school in order to make informed decisions about the processes of educational innovation, always with the main goal that our students learn more and better in 21st century society. Below are the 6 phases of the Linda Kaser and Judy Halbert spiral of inquiry that we applied to our school and the results that have been obtained from this inquiry process.
