Abstract

Educational innovation, understood as an improvement in the teaching and learning process, is linked to the analysis of issues in the teaching world. The Franciscan educational institution promotes the action of change for the educational improvement of its four schools through the phases of the Spiral of Inquiry based on the particular reality of each center, which allows to travel itineraries of teaching growth respecting the specificities and peculiarities of the different educational contexts. The lived experience and the path of the foreseen future allow to affirm that include the research in the educational practice supposes a strategy of overcoming towards the continuous improvement that originates certainties in teacher to answer to the educational challenges of 21st century.
