Abstract

Change, innovation, educational transformations are concepts that strongly arose in our educational system the seats years and they are here to stay. However, a real, sustained and sustainable transformation and innovation process must come up from the schools themselves according to its reality and ongoing needs. This article explains the creation of an innovation system and the implementation of cooperative learning using working guidelines in Ipse School. The process resulted in the development of a professional learning community that ensures innovation and transformation in our school in the long run.
