Abstract

The article describes how the improve of an educational practice in a secondary school was created during a training process in a model of consultation who structure in phases the construction of the improve. We will observe that the sensitivity and dynamics of a cloister can be modified through the transfer of the construction and joint revision process of the PI (individual plan) of a student of 4 º of ESO to a teaching team of 1º of ESO to apply it the IPs at that level. Consultation becomes an instrument of reflection and work for the EAP (Team of Psychopedagogical Consultation), for the center Care Diversity Commission and the teaching staff of first level of ESO. In this process bridges are created among all professionals, a collaborative learning, non-stress-free is generated, which sums up and includes all the visions, and opens the way to a new approach on how to work attention to diversity in the center
