The Riera de Ribes School celebrates its 15th anniversary this year, it’s a moment to look backwards and focus on the path that we have made. Over the years, we have been building a unique and innovative educational project based on four central concepts: the ideology, the people, the assessment and the organization. As fruit of a necessary evolutionary process, we have been growing and maturing. In this path, we have been looking for ways of organization and management that accompany the needs of the centre at each moment, from the coherence and the will to improve.
In this paper, we want to explain our journey from a more theoretical aspect and how, currently, this theory is currently concretized in our practices.
