Abstract

The conflict approach in schools is complex, given that increasingly takes into account more variables involved in situations that are caused by multiple and diverse factors; psychosocial and those of each individual agent involved. A school that has recently experienced a serious conflict, approached the solution understanding these multifactorial causes and implementing a strategy for resolution planning the intervention from the school community, aimed at restoring lost relationships and bonds. This intervention showed how applying a collective and transformative mediation strategy, results are obtained and conflict is solved involving learning of all the participants.
