Redefining roles in 1st course of Secondary School

Abstract

This article is about an educational experience that took place in a 1st of ESO group which presented some specific difficulties: bad habits of work and relationship, a lack of limits, constant arguing with adults, coexisting problems, defiance, no positive leaderships… The article tells us about the collaborative work of a team of teachers, tutors and pedagogues, and at the same time presents different strategies and actions addressed to students and their families taking into account the different problems existing in the group. To conclude, it analyses the results of a work course in which there were several professionals involved.
