ESCOLTA'M PROJECT: the role of reference

Abstract

This article presented here attempts to define and specify the figure of reference of the project "Escolta'm".

The reference is the main supportive figure to tutors who do the project with their students through various meeting with teachers, the referent accompanies these through monthly meeting ans quaterly meeting cycle where comment on several theoretical and practical aspects of project. The reference by the experience of teachers, development of open questions and use teamwork, accompanying tutors in the reflection of the work within the lines under the project "Escolata'm"

In turn, the referent is the result builds on his own knowledge based in his different professional backgrounds and get the support of the monthly seminar of the project within the ICE, University of Barcelona.
