Abstract

Bullying is an insidious phenomenon that is subject to extensive discussion in the educational community. Often the same centers are struggling to apply specific policies and strategies to tackle it in everyday life. The need for accompaniment and advice to schools in the application and formulation of an integral protocol (prevention, detection, intervention, restoration) on bullying, is considered as a priority. In this sense, this article refers to the training program addressed to all members of the Psychopedagogical Counseling Team (EAP) of the Consorci d'Educació of the city of Barcelona, as reference points for the intervention in these aspects. The training carried out during the courses 2016-17 and 2017-18 is described, as well as the continuity as a working group until today. The need for research and training in this area is evident.
