Abstract

Àgora school, located in the heart of La Guineueta neighbourhood, has adopted the Global Restoration Approach (GRA) to address school conflicts. Through dialogue circles and restorative measures, they have significantly reduced conflicts and created a positive and respectful school environment. The GRA has transformed school culture, promoting trust, respect and well-being among all members of the educational community.
